At Celestial Seasonings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange on unopened pantry items.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea boxes in their original shipping container, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our Colorado distribution center using your preferred trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
